Product return and Exchange Policy

 

What is your Return Policy?

All items must be returned new, unused  within 14 days of receiving your product. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Clothing

Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all Alababic and designer garment tags still attached.

Bags

Please handle light-colored bags carefully if you are still deciding whether you will be keeping the item. Please note that dark items of clothing can transfer dye to light-colored bags.

Shoes

When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Returns must also include the dust bag and box, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside another box in order to prevent damage during shipping.

Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply contact our customer care team support@alababic.com to refund your item.

Late Returns

Your purchase should be sent back to us within the 14 days of receiving your order. Returns after of this period are accepted at the discretion of Alababic.

Repeated Returns

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.

What are the items that cannot be returned?


Due to product limitations and hygienic reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

1.     Underwear/Lingerie

2.     Swimwear

3.     Electronics

4.     Beauty & Fragrances

5.     Skin Care and Grooming Products

6.     Food

 

What is your Refund Policy?

We typically refund your order through store credit. Upon request .

Cash on Delivery (COD)

In case of COD, we will refund your Alababic account with store credit. You can use this store credit towards a future purchase.


Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?

Unfortunately we don’t offer an exchange service. We’re working on bringing this service to you soon, stay tuned!

What is your Store Credit usage policy?

Alababic Store Credit can be used as an easy way to pay for products displayed on our website.

The Store Credit has a validity of one (1) year from the starting balance date, so you are kindly reminded to use your Store Credit balance within one (1) year from the date of refund or receiving the voucher amount (“Validity Period”).

Partial usage of your Store Credit shall not renew the Store Credit Validity Period. For example, if your Store Credit had a balance of $200 on the 1st of January 2015, and you have used $150 in 2015. (meaning you had a balance of $50 on December, 31st 2015 ), the remaining balance shall not rollover to 2016.
